Hypnotherapy Aftercare

Hypnotherapy is an extremely effective tool for rapid and lasting change. When we work on the subconscious level, we can experience positive shifts around our identity, perception, and belief systems, and become more connected to our authentic self and desires.


Directly after your session…

  • Be gentle, take it slow, and give yourself time to fully relax and rest

  • Allow the session to integrate with hydration, gentle movement, and deep sleep

  • Trust that your subconscious mind is doing all the work and all you need to do is remain open to the shifts made in session

  • If any triggers come up, use the anchors that you were given in the session to access a resourceful state


In the coming days or weeks, be open to…

  • Reality shifting around you in positive ways

  • Changes within self that allow you to experience greater alignment

  • More ease in areas where there used to be resistance or struggle

How often should I do Hypnotherapy?

Depending on what you are working through, you can see results within 1-5 sessions. Use your intuition and follow when it feels right for you to schedule a follow-up session.
