Timeline Jump Aftercare

Reality responds to whatever vibrational reality you are existing in in the present moment. Your willingness to choose a new orbit is what allowed you to jump time lines. By choosing your new time line, reality will begin to shift around you in direct response to whom you are being now. This self is still you, it's just on the nearest timeline with the least amount of resistance.

Directly after your session…

  • Be gentle, take it slow, and give yourself time to fully relax and rest

  • Allow the session to integrate with hydration, gentle movement, and deep sleep

  • Trust that your subconscious mind is doing all the work and all you need to do is remain open to the shifts

  • Use your anchors and respond to triggers from your new vibrational orbit

In the coming days or weeks, be open to…

  • Reality shifting around you in positive ways

  • Changes within self that allow you to experience greater alignment

  • More ease in areas where there used to be resistance or struggle

Using your anchors

Set your anchor (those two words we came up with together) as a reminder in your calendar or on your phone to show up every morning – that you wake up for the next seven days. Those words act as a trigger for your body to remember what timeline you are on. It can take more time for your body to catch up with what your soul already knows and anchoring this timeline every day is really helpful to allow your body to create this new vibrational orbit.

Dealing with triggers

You may experience some triggers – this does tend to pop up in our reality and triggers are a moment where we can allow reality to know who we are truly being. And so when you experience these triggers, remember those two anchor words and respond from that vibrational orbit, if you can. If you feel unable, don't judge yourself, just wake up the next day, remembering to be on that orbit.

If you had a positive experience, I’d love to hear about it.

You can write me directly or fill out the testimonial form here.

If you feel inspired to spread the word – you may pass along my contact information to friends and/or share with your community. This is a wonderful way to support me and my work.

How often should I Timeline Jump?

You can technically Timeline Jump as often as you’d like. I would recommend allowing at least 3-4 weeks between each jump to create space for you to fully integrate into your new timeline and embody this new version of self.
